A group of young chefs and sommeliers, Camille Machet and Victor Vautier at the front of house and Amandine Sepulcre in the kitchen who all worked in some of the hottest spots in Paris (SAaM, Dersou, Mary Celeste…) now have a spot of their own.

FOOD
Elegant, intricate small plates such as:
- Bite-sized deviled eggs with miso, chive blossoms and black sesame (€4)
- Dippable labneh with with garlic and ground sunflower seeds (€6,5)
- Tender Basque beef tartare with garlic mayo, Piedmont hazelnuts, pickled red onions, Catalan radishes and lemon confit (€14)
- Rich pappardelle with shiitake and button mushrooms, chili and aged Parmesan (€ 14)
- Peppy Fig leaf panna cotta with local strawberries and olive oil (€8)

DRINKS
All the hits of your typical Parisian natural wine bar including a Gilles Azan, Domaine des Hautes Terres white (€6 per glass) or an Olivier Pithon, Mon P’tit Pithon red (€6 per glass).

DECOR
The French version of shabby chic: a lot of white, wood, dried flowers and candles.

Soft music and a respectful speaking volume.
